I think we all can agree that working a 9-5 when you have bigger dreams can be very taxing and depressing when you are not seeing the results of your dream manifest. With his new single, SF-Valley rapper, CHASE PAVES, delivers a feel-good anthem that explores the pursuit of making music full-time in his new single ‘AFTERWORK’. The song is sonically pleasing and it showcases CHASE’S ability to craft soothing melodies and display his mature lyricism. In addition to releasing the song, he also released a video to accompany the record.
The visual is bright and it features CHASE riding around different neighbourhoods in Southern California as he spreads his feel good and relaxed vibes. The video is simple, but it evokes positive feelings, and it is hard to not keep a smile on your face when watching. CHASE is a very genuine artist and this is on display throughout the video. His ability to radiate positive energy and make music that is personally relatable has to be one of the most attractive things about his artistry. With that being said, give his new song a spin and take a couple of minutes to watch this “feel-good” video to brighten your day.
