Niko Rose Has Us In Awe With His Enchanting New Single “sunburn”

With warm weather right around the corner, I have found myself gravitating to the warm and refreshing sounds of surf rock. For those that know me, I spent a lot of my early years around the beach, so surf/glam rock has always been a genre I’ve held a great appreciation for. This week, I was lucky to come across a rising artist that embodies the heart and soul of this sound. Hailing from Phoenix, Arizona, rising artist, Niko Rose, may be by new guilty pleasure. Although I’m new to his sound, he debuts on our pages with his captivating new single “sunburn”.
Drawing vocal comparisons with artists such as Rex Orange County, Niko shines with a sound that is very genuine. On his latest record “sunburn”, the rising Arizona-based artist creates a hazy masterpiece that is full of lush melodies, mesmerizing synths, and a cozy ambience that will make you feel like you are floating. His vocals are otherworldly and will make you feel every word he is saying. Although he is very early in his career, Niko has an innate ability to craft infectious records, and I believe that’s what separates him. In addition, you rarely see an artist double down on a specific “sound” this early on but that is why I appreciate his artistry so much. His music is built for any moment. Whether you are on a road trip, at the beach, going through a breakup, or watching the sunset, this is the perfect song for any moment. With that being said, stream the song below and vibe out!
