Jocelvn is a multicultural up and coming R&B artist with extraordinary amounts of potential and her newest single “Ocean” will definitely leave you impressed. In this song Jocelvn sings about being in love with one’s entire being in an almost cheesy but super organic way. The feeling of wanting to always see them while constantly always thinking about them is just how you feel when you’re madly in love with someone and Jocelvn paints the picture very accurately on this record. She is fairly new to the scene making her debut last year and following it up with a bunch of singles and an Ep, I think it’s safe to say that Jocelvn is paving her own lane as an artist.
The production on the track caters perfectly to the needs of the song, while also complimenting the vocal melodies and songwriting. I personally love it when artists get real and candid on a record and Jocelvn has done just that, paired with production from FN this song is a smash. I feel anyone who appreciates soothing RnB with a modern twist would love this song.
