Elijah Blond is a 23 year old up and coming artist based out of Vancouver and his newest single “Thoughts Like This” will definitely leave you impressed. In this song Elijah sings about how life moves on while he self reflects and talks about how we shouldn’t let people’s opinions effect us. “Thoughts Like This” is his first release of the year and while being in the game for a good 3 years, I think it’s safe to say that Elijah is paving his own lane as an artist and we’re here to witness it.
The production on the track works so well with the songwriting as it sets the foundation and compliments the vocal melodies so well. The track has a really engaging arrangement and is filled with ambient production choices that enhance the listening experience. I feel anyone who appreciates Alt- RnB music would love this song.
