Jay loud Impresses us with his new Ep “Soul Talk”

Hailing out of Indianapolis, emerging artist, Jay Loud is here with his new EP “Soul Talk” that will definitely leave you impressed. This EP consists of a collection of songs that come from an honest and vulnerable place as Jay speaks on his past and what he’s been through to get to where he’s at.As the title suggest “Soul Talk” covers the realities of Jay’s life as he takes us through it track by track. Jay Loud has been in the game for a while now, and I can definitely see him paving his own lane as an artist.
When I went to listen to the EP, I was amazed by the sonics on the production and fell in love with the cohesive sound. In addition, Jay really tapped into his lyrical side and we were able to truly see his range as a singer aswell. Our favourites have to be “Soul Talk” & “Fasho”. For me “Soul Talk” really stood out due to the laid back emotional production and the bright vocal mix. Jay’s vocals really shined on this one and I thoroughly enjoyed him getting it as he expressed raw emotions as he talks about his life in the lyrics while also reminiscencing about the past. In addition, the hook on that one is so infectious that it’s been stuck in my head the last two days. As for “Fasho”,I have been playing that song every night in my car as I cruise around town at midnight and I’m aboslutely in love with the sound of it. Overall, the project is strong all the way through with meaningful lyrics and the perfect flow to go along with it, Jay Loud proves his star potential. With that being said, go stream this project right now.
