Russ has always pushed boundaries and done whatever he wanted to musically. That’s one of the things that I love most about him as an artist, is that he makes the music that he wants to make, and when he gets hate, he lets his success speak for him. Once again, he’s done what he wanted and released a deluxe version for his latest album, something that is becoming less and less common.

SHAKE THE SNOW GLOBE was an excellent album, and it is only made better by adding 7 more tracks to it. What I love about this deluxe is that it’s not filled with only club bangers or catchy songs to help the album grow. The deluxe has just as much variety as the original album did, with personal songs and catchy songs and everything that Russ is known for. My personal favorite is ‘YOU COULDA LEFT ME ALONE’, just because he sings the chorus from Fall-Out Boy’s 'Sugar, We’re Going Down’ and does it in a super clean way. Go and check out the album, and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Lyrics That Stick:

“When’s the last time you looked up at the sky

Between you and I”
