Jayceeoh Shares His Highly Anticipated Debut Album “twilight nine”

LA-based DJ/Producer, Jayceeoh, has been one of the most polarizing acts in EDM. Known for being a world-renowned turntablist, his ability to lace his records with heavy bass and captivating sonics has allowed him to catch the attention of the music industry as a whole. He is raw, consistent, and each song that he crafts has its own identity that resonates with listeners from all walks of life. With multiple residencies nationwide, he has garnered support from the likes of A-Trak, Diplo, Bassnectar, Borgore, The Bloody Beetroots, MAKJ, and TJR to name a few. Now, he enters our pages with his debut album “twilight nine”.
“twilight nine” is a testament to his growth as a producer and human being. The 9-track album showcases his versatility, and it also highlights his transition as a bass producer to a more calculated experimental producer. Over the album’s duration, we see Jayceeoh experiment with multiple genres to craft an infectious sound that will be stuck in your head. “twilight nine” is a sonic journey that you won’t want to end!
My favorite records from the album were “easy rider” & “gems (ft. Sammy Adams)”. “easy rider” is a bass heavy single that is laced with lush vocal samples, warm sonics, and the overall build up is otherworldly. This record was made for the festival circuit. I can already picture myself at EDC head banging to this one! “gems” is my personal favorite due to me being a huge Sammy Adams fan. Sammy flows with precision of Jayceeoh’s captivating production. In addition, the drop on this one goes crazy! Overall, this is one of the most innovative projects I have heard this year.
