FÄEX Bring The Energy On Their Latest Release, “Stahlhelmbrause / Pfeffi”

When it comes to music, I am always searching for bands & artists that defy genre norms and push the boundaries. I yearn to hear the unheard, and I fight for the those that I believe deserve to have a voice. Although the industry is very saturated, there are these rare times when I come across a diamond in the rough. This week, I was impressed when I came across emerging 4-piece punk-rock band FÄEX.
Hailing from Germany, FÄEX have taken the music industry by storm. They are raw, daring, captivating, and their songs bring a certain energy that can’t be overlooked. From their sonics to their vocal delivery, FÄEX provide a masterclass with each song they release. Now, they debut on our pages with their latest release “Stahlhelmbrause / Pfeffi”.
“Stahlhelmbrause / Pfeffi” is a double single release that feature two memorable records. “Stahlhelmbrause” is laced with engaging guitar riffs, a haunting intro, and I loved the song structure. The record is edgy, and it will make you want to run through a wall. For me, I have always been a fan of records that bring raw energy, and this song does. In addition, the vocals were otherworldly. “Pfeffi” is a headie single that has a captivating groove. For me, this the most danceable song out of the two. Carried by early 2000s punk-rock riffs, this song is a nostalgic masterpiece. Overall, this double single release shows how talented the band is. FÄEX are one of the best bands out, and I can’t wait to watch the shine!
