True or false: J J L and Izek Rose just dropped one of the hardest, most energetic songs and videos of the summer? I’d have to say ‘True.’
This track has been on constant repeat since it came out last week, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Releasing as the first single to J J L’s debut album, it’s clear this Minneapolis-based artist is already turning some heads. Teaming up with another Minnesota native, Izek Rose, the uniquely diversified sounds of each of these artists comes together in such beautiful, attention-grabbing fashion!
From Izek Rose’s intensified, electro-pop/hip-hop production and vocal delivery, to J J L’s insanely smooth flow and storytelling abilities, I’d say this song is set to be a go-to for those warm summer nights.
