Tony Watts - I Told Myself (feat. Futuristic) [Music Video]
By: Caleb Johnson IG: CJSleeves

When a worldwide pandemic doesn’t allow you to go on a press tour for your new album, you’ve got to get a little creative. The way that Futuristic is bringing more attention to his latest project is by featuring on a lot of different songs so that he reaches a wider audience. His latest feature is for Tony Watts, who kills the song alongside him.
The song is called ‘I Told Myself’ and came along with a video, in which we see both artists in various colorful backgrounds, and on a very old TV with various shots. Watts takes the first verse and absolutely kills it, talking about hate that he’s gotten and what he wants to do with music. Futuristic then takes the next verse and talks more about what he’s done, flashing a few accomplishments and things that he’s crossed off his checklist. The song is an absolute banger, and has awesome visuals to accompany it, so there’s no reason for you not to check it out.
Lyrics That Stick:
“I told myself, Imma buy my mama a house
Get a couple of homies out of the jailhouse”
