Bas Shines On His Celebratory Single ‘The Jackie’ With J.Cole & Lil Tjay (Music Video Review)

Every time Bas and J. Cole are on the same record you know it is going to be a hit. With his new single ‘The Jackie’, Dreamville artist Bas recruits his fellow label hitmaker J. Cole and also enlists Lil Tjay for a celebratory single that showcases every artist at their best. The song is intoxicating and it is a perfect song to play at your next family cookout.
In the video for the single, we see the artists flexing a lavish life full of beautiful women, nice cars, and clothes that definitely cost a bag. This is an interesting change of pace for both Bas and J. Cole who usually refrain from showing off. However, I would agree that it is a great change, and Lil Tjay’s appearance brings life to the video. This is the perfect visual for the song, and it was great to see the rappers having fun.
