If you’ve never heard of Brooklyn-born and raised rapper Rockstar Payso before, now’s the perfect time to jump on the bandwagon. His latest drop is a video for the single, “Emerald,” and - if you ask me - the track wasn’t complete until this video hit YouTube on Monday.
The track itself is a genre-blending cross between Rap and R&B, and the DESIIGNER-inspired video was clearly incepted while this track was in the making. With Modern Day Auteur on the video edit and a dream team-up for production with @yayapack and @splititupbenji, this is truly the complete package.
Whether you’re trying to rage or vibe, “Emerald” is a must-peep for sure. Rockstar Payso’s come-up has only begun.
