jusLo - 6 FLAGS

Florida native and talented rapper jusLo is back with his first single of 2020. This follow-up to 2019’s hit single “Wristwatch,” is the 100graham-produced “6 FLAGS,” replete with an accompanying music video. Both the song itself and the video are amazing examples of jusLo’s artistic vision being carried out to great effect. The trippy visual, presented by Cut by Kudzu and directed by Bae Merola feature jusLo in his bag everywhere from on the tracks of a roller coaster to rapping in a garden with two other versions of himself.

jusLo owns his flow on “6 FLAGS,” finishing every alley-oop 100graham lobs his way with moments to slide in and around the instrumental. It’s a relief to see jusLo return to the scene with a quality single like this. I’m definitely keeping an eye out for the rising star’s debut full-length album. Hopefully the release of “6 FLAGS” means more to come soon.

Lyrics That Stick:

“How could I stop when these niggas behind me is on the chase, yeah
How could I stop when I got what my momma made last year in my face, (Let’s go)
I view the past year as a waste”
