J. Cole Delivers His New Visual For “Heaven’s EP”

After taking a small hiatus after releasing his highly anticipated album The Off-Season, North Carolina’s very own, J. Cole, is back with a new visual and single titled “Heaven’s EP” that sees him build off of Drake’s “Pipe Down” from his new album Certified Lover Boy. Cole shouts out both Drake and Kendrick as superstars on the song and provides a visual that is just as captivating as the song.

In the visual, Cole is seen laying on hotel floors, sleeping on private jets, and he is even seen pacing the city night life. Although the video is fun, Cole admits that he feels like he is running in 3rd place behind his counterparts mentioned above and he worries about his output. He eventually realizes that he doesn’t think he can have an off-season due to his true love and spirit for rapping. Regardless, Cole continues to put out ear-catching music, so we are prepared to keep streaming his old stuff if he truly needs a break.
