The trio are based out of the Gold Coast and are known for their chilled R&B/soul music that can be likened to a mix between Tora, Parcels, Two Another and Honne. With their ability to craft singles full of lush melodies, warm sonics, and engaging hooks, the group have continued to impress listeners across the globe. The record is a smooth dance record laced with engaging melodies, captivating vocals, and production that will have will have you wanting to dance around your room. In addition, if you are a person that loves clubs with a lounge styled vibe, this would definitely be a song that you’d want to have played, The pacing of the record is perfect, and the hook may be one of the best of 2022. When discussing the song, the trio said, “Our latest single, butterfly (so free), is a super fun, high energy, dance track that was written with our good friend Max Byrne (Golden Vessel) after a delicious dinner. There must have been some magic in the ramen we had because we went into the studio straight after and wrote and recorded the whole song that night.”

For the trio, this is their latest music following their debut album, dusk&dawn, released last October. It is the product of the trio – made up of Callum MacDonald, Braxton Tahi & Tyler Harden – taking their time to hone-in on their musical journey.
