Sadie Jean is a 19 year old up and coming artist and her debut single “WYD Now” is something you definitely don’t wanna miss out on.In this song, Sadie sings about her complicated relationship with her ex-lover and how she’s still in love with him, wanting to work things out. Sadie is brand new to the scene, “WYD Now” is her first release and I can definitely see her paving her own lane as an artist with her own sound.
This track is produced by Cameron Hale and I think the production works perfectly for the song as it compliments the mood along with Sadie’s songwriting really well. The song’s production begins with a soothing piano and consists of atmospheric drums, engaging pads and a guitar. I personally love it when artists get candid in their songs and write about how they are currently feeling, that paired with good songwriting and production makes the song a straight hit in my eyes. I think anyone who appreciates good pop music would love this song.
