Fresh off the release of his latest EP CITY OF LOST ANGELS, Colorado-born singer/songwriter, Gabe James, debuts on our pages with his focus track “GRACIE”. The EP has to be one of our favorites this year, and it does a great job at discussing the intricacies of feeling small and lonely when moving to Los Angeles.
Although we enjoyed the full project, “GRACIE” really stood out to us. The single is driven by lush melodies, smooth acoustics, and a groove that will have you wanting to ride with the windows down. In addition, the hook is out of this world. Overall, Gabe’s ability to draw inspiration from the stripped-back styles of early John Meyer and Ed Sheeran ultimately sets him apart as an artist, and we cant wait to see what the future has in store for him. With that being said, stream the song below.
“Falling for you, Gracie
You know you missed my birthday”
