The Band CAMINO’s Latest Album is a Must-Listen, and ‘Underneath My Skin’ is a Sure Stand-Out

After months of anticipation over The Band CAMINO’s debut studio album, the hype was well worth the wait. This thing is spectacular. It’s full of dreamy haptics and waves of soothing melodies crashing together over vibrant songwriting that’s sure to make you smile. One of my initial favorites, ‘Underneath My Skin’ takes me back to the first time I fell for a girl.
The clear 2000’s influence on this song is a little different than the overall persona of the album, but I still think it fits perfectly. There’s this uptempo energy and nostalgic sense to the instrumentation, while emotional vocal deliveries stand at the forefront. It’s one of those songs that just makes you feel something from the first listen.
