Sea Glass & Sky Adler Connect On Their Heartfelt Single, “Lay Back”

    With summer still in full swing, I have been searching for breezy tunes that’ll soundtrack my life until the end of my favorite season. This week, I came across a heartfelt single from frequent collaborators Sea Glass & Sky Adler called “Lay Back”.

“Lay Back” is an Indie-Soul masterclass that is both radio friendly and heart wrenching. The vocal performance is exceptional. In addition, I loved the song arrangement, percussion, trebly guitars, and the overall pacing of the record. Although it is melancholic in nature, I grasp for the sign of hope and comfort that I feel while listening to the song. I have yet to hear a song that has made me feel both optimistic yet sad at the same time in a while. This has become one of my go-to songs to start my day, so make sure to hit play below and vibe out!
