Previous to this song, I had never heard of Quez. I listened to the song and loved the production on it and loved his flow throughout the song, and when I went to his Spotify and saw he had less than a thousand monthly listeners, I was blown away. Now I’m just hoping that that number skyrockets.

On ‘Level Up’, we see a long intro and a long outro. The intro sounds like a sample from somewhere, but brings a very elegant vibe and a huge build-up, although when it dropped I was very pleasantly surprised by the turn that the song took. Quez goes absolutely in, rapping with a style that sounds similar to J.I.D, but with his own twist to it, and he doesn’t stop rapping until the outro. Straight through, the song is exciting, and an absolute banger.
