Memoria Xi - “Patience”

Fresh on the scene in 2020, coming out of Maryland, is Memoria Xi. The burgeoning hip-hop, R&B, alt pop, genre blending young talent has stormed in with a series of rapid fire singles this year. His latest release, out now on SoundCloud pending its Saturday Spotify release, is “Patience.” The Anari-produced feelsy trap heater hooks you instantly with satisfying guitar lines intermingling with truly fat 808’s on the drop. Once Xi’s vocals come through, it’s game over on this heart-wrenching blend of emo-trap and R&B.

While anger and doubt clearly played a big role in this records creation, Memoria Xi is far from a one-dimensional artist.
