Jutes - “Say It First”
By: Phil Deutsch, IG: @pbdeutsch

Breakout Canadian artist Jutes is back with his fourth single, since he dropped his EP earlier this year. With no sign of stopping or even slowing down with his fast-paced release schedule, he matches his consistency of timing with the quality of his songs. Angsty, LA-exhausted ballad, “Say It First” is a perfect example of the kind of music that got this rising star signed to Capitol Records.
From belting lingering notes to rapping dense verses and weaving a melody together with the track’s instrumental, Jutes has full clarity of his work. “Say It First” is only the latest in a string of powerful releases from the young artist, and we can’t wait to hear more.
Lyrics That Stick:
“If this is an interlude i swear to god i hope that
I don’t die and make it to the end
Free when i’m kissing you we smoke that OG from miles
and we swimming around in my bed”
