Kid Indigo - Heartsick

There is nothing better than a song that takes you to your own personal paradise. However, with his new single ‘Heartsick’, Kid Indigo takes us on an upbeat emotional journey about being head over heels for someone else. The song is smooth and it’s driven by ukeleles and sweet melodies that will make you feel like you’re in the islands.
Although this is my first introduction to the Portland, Oregon-native, Kid Indigo has made me a fan due to his breezy production and highly personable songwriting. In addition, he has a main vocal that is reminiscent of artists such as Yung Pinch, Felly, and Verzache because of its smooth yet comforting feel. Honestly, this is the best song I have heard this year, and I’m so ready to have this blasting the entire summer.
