Good problem is a Massachusetts-based duo and they’re here with their brand new single “heart in a cold room” that’ll definitely leave you impressed. The duo consists of Eli and Elton, who produce and make their music entirely in house which is really impressive considering the fact that the songs sound sonically amazing. The duo is fairly new to the game as they released their debut single this year, and already have 4 singles under their belt.
The production on this track works perfectly for the song as the guitar melodies set a dreamy RnB vibe right from the jump that really compliment the mood of the song. This song’s production consists of an engaging acoustic guitar and some electronic music elements paired with acoustic drums for the chorus. I love it when artists get candid and real on their records and Good problem has done just thatmelody which could be considered minimal yet it works perfectly for the song as it shines light on the vocal performance and songwriting. I think anyone who appreciates new school RnB music along with well written rap verses would love this song.
This song is definitely going to be on repeat for awhile. Good problem’s musicianship and songwriting abilities are going to make them shoot onto the mainstream scene anytime now, so check them out before then!
Lyrics That Stick:
“And you stayed down
You had me when I was face down
To see a heart in a cold room
I wish someone would've told you”
