Mysterious R&B/Neo-Soul artist fiction. has blessed us with another in his string of singles, stretching back to 2018. His lavish vocals work perfectly combined with his own production, assisted by RyU, AVB, and Daniel East. These four work together in perfect harmony creating an engrossing track on “Spare Room.”
fiction. has been tempting us with an album for two going on three years, could 2020 finally be our chance to see a debut effort from the talented young artist? In the wake of “i’m not superman,” his biggest track to date, things must certainly seem hopeful for fiction. We’re hoping, too, that the artist’s future discography’s quality dwarfs the humbly pristine beginnings we’ve seen thus far. With a keen ear for the sound he wants, and the ability to surround himself with collaborators who seem to bring out the best in his music, fiction. certainly shows promise in 2020.
