Khamari Surprises Us With His Introspective Masterpiece Titled “Doctor, My Eyes”

Khamari is a Los Angeles based singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist and his newest single “Doctor, My Eyes” will definitely leave you impressed. Khamari’s distinct and intimate vocal tone is what sets him apart and he’s perfectly made use of that quality in this single. He sings about looking for perspective in “Doctor, My Eyes” as he had just moved from Boston to LA and things were moving too fast in his words. Khamari is fairly new to the game, with an EP “Eldorado” released last year and a new single now, I could definitely see him paving his own way as an artist.

This song is produced by Trackside, Johan Lenox, and Khamari himself and to say that the production works perfectly with the vibe of the song would be an understatement. Simple yet engaging, authentic and relatable is the way I would describe this song. I feel anyone who appreciates good songwriting with a modern touch would love this song.

This song is definitely going to be on repeat for awhile. Khamari’s musicianship and songwriting abilities are really original and I feel he’s going to shoot onto the mainstream scene anytime now, so check him out before then!

Lyrics That Stick:

Ain’t these supposed to be my glory days Late nights

and I can’t even feel my face Hate going out

but you said it was just a phase
