To be honest, I just about ‘Lost My Mind’ when I heard that flow Jay Prince came in on at the beginning of this one. And if it wasn’t lost then, it definitely was the second Dave B started rapping. It was scary day to be a beat pocket when these two hit the studio, because they were flowing in and out of it like clockwork.
We love a good structureless, bar-for-bar type track. With just one verse each, Jay Prince and Dave B managed to showcase their clever wordplay, swagger-heavy vocal cadences, and immaculate flows to the max.
