whiterosemoxie - GIVE or TAKE (EP)

Detroit born rapper, whiterosemoxie is back on our pages to bless us with his new project (2-pack) titled ‘GIVE or TAKE’. The project consists of songs such as ‘The Skript’ and “0006TeslaSpaceForce”. To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect with the release, but he surprised me with this one. The way he is able to stay true to himself and still push the boundaries is what makes whiterosemoxie so original.
‘0006TeslaSpaceForce’ sounds like a trap song straight out of the TRON movie series due to its electronic undertones. The melodies are crisp and the samples and added sounds dipped into the production make it impossible to not want to listen. The song is straight from the future, and whiterosemoxie is ahead of his time. This deserves to be turned up to the highest volume inside a Tesla!
My personal favorite out of the two, ‘The Skript’, shows the true versatility of whiterosemoxie. The chorus is infectious and his ability to go from rapping to belting out emotions is truly incredible. ‘The Skript’ stays true to his vulnerable and super personal sound of melodic hip-hop that stands in its own lane. He continues to show maturity, and we are definitely keeping a close eye on his future! Make sure to give this project a listen.
