Cliff Savage - Care Package (Album Review)

Maybe this new EP is called ‘Care Package’ just because Cliff Savage knows that we all need a little pick-me-up right now? Whatever the reason, he delivered. 4 tracks deep and every one packing a punch, this is a project that you will not want to miss.
Savage sticks to his rap roots throughout, although playing with some melodies, he is closer to “monotone” rap than we usually ever hear these days. But I’ll tell you what, the guy can rap. All 4 tracks are filled with wordplay, fast-hitting lyrics and stellar flows. My personal favorite is the opener, ‘Blastoise’, just because I’m a huge POKeMON fan and the song goes hard.
