C. Henry - Smooth Summer

C Henry is no stranger to the rap game. The 23-year-old, New Jersey native has been releasing smooth vibes and harsh flows for four years now, and he’s back in his back with the Smooth Summer album, his second full-length project. Entirely produced by Bckgrnd, the tape encapsulates all of the vibes we had this summer, as well as all of the ones we wish we did.
With standout tracks on “Adolecense,” “Perfect Timing,” “Champaign Sippin’,” and more, the eight-track project clocks in at just over 20 minutes. It’s easily digestible in one sitting, and can definitely be a meditative repose from everything that’s going on right now. Tune out of life and into Smooth Summer for a moment of peace and relaxation.
