We first heard Blxst the way most others heard him; after the release of ‘Hurt.’ What’s great about this dude however is how deep and complex his catalog is. With the release of this new project, he’s truly proving himself to be one of the hottest artists out right now.
The concise, storytelling feel to this project stood out to us right away. The way Blxst was able to carry us on this journey of ups and downs, mellow songs and dance-worthy anthems, and lyrical-focused and melody-focused songs, is absolutely incredible.
The versatility in the instrumentation, flows, vocal cadence, and overall mood is undeniable. This is a project we’re sure will be in rotation for a long time to come. Go give it a spin if you haven’t yet.
