Tate McRae Releases New Song ‘Working’ With Khalid (Music Video Review)

Tate McRae has been having a sensational run this year with a batch of releases, and she continues her hot run with the Khalid assisted ‘working’. The song is a smooth summer-ready bop that explores the confusing dynamic of longing for someone while apart and refusing to call it off when together. To accompany the introspective single, the pair also released a video for the budding record.

In the visual, Tate is seen in a California-styled home reminiscing alone while everyone is having fun. However, as the video progresses, we see Tate start to love herself and enjoy the finer things as she embraces being away from her lover doing the things she loves. Khalid’s appearance is definietly needed and it gives the video two different perspectives that follow the song’s deep yet fun lyricism. Make sure to check the visual out above and follow us for more releases.

Lyrics That Stick:

“But when I'm working (yeah)
You're the only one that I want
But we're not working (no)
Yeah, I told you from the start”
