Arizona Zervas Faces Death On His New Single “Still Breathing”

After seeing a lot of success from his break-out hit “Roxanne”, LA-hitmaker, Arizona Zervas, is back with a more introspective single that discusses self-doubt and the need to keep moving through the bad times. Led by a unique guitar riff and catchy harmonies, “Still Breathing” is a record that is probably the most relatable to me, and I can say it is my favorite song from the emerging star. In addition to releasing the single, Zervas also delivered a powerful video to accompany the track.

In the 3-minute video, we see a drunk and bruised Zervas emerge from the back of an old-school car. As he is dragged across the hot gravel, he sings about about hopelessness and his excuses for drinking to hide his feelings. The video then transitions to a dim lit dinner and then to Arizona laid out on top of an elegant Mercedes Benz. In the end, the video climaxes with Zervas lighting his car on fire in an open lot. Overall, the visuals are cinematic, and this has to be my favorite music video this.

Lyrics That Stick:

“If I don’t make it to the party

Tell my momma that I’m sorry”
