Emerging out of the 717, Pennsylvania rapper/songwriter, Charles Infamous, has been an artist that has been on our radar for quite some time now. With his latest release ‘SHAKIRA’ the budding artist is ready to reach his star power with the assistance of BangerOfTheDay favorite Michael Minelli. From start to finish, the record is layered with lush melodies and strong vocal performances from both artists. In addition, the production packs a certain groove that will make you want to dance as if Shakira had coined the song herself. Although the song alone is captivating, Charles also delivered a video to accompany the single.
The video is bright and it features choreography and dancing by Chelsea Randal. In addition to the premier color grading and pink backdrops, we see a braggadocious Charles and Michael serenading throughout the video as they swoon over this girl who reminds them of Shakira. Although it’s a simple video, the use of flashes and minimal effects helps provide the video with just enough flare to keep you glued to the screen the whole time.
