Anees Embraces Heartbreak On His New Visual For “Leave Me”

After experiencing viral success on Tik-Tok from hit singles such as “Sun and Moon” & my personal favorite “Slip”, emerging singer-songwriter, Anees, has been having one of the biggest rises in the music industry. With his ability to craft personal records that are very relatable to listeners, Anees has developed a cult following around his music. He has embraced the internet age and become a vessel for those who listen to him. Now, he is back with his latest single “Leave Me” and this may be the song of the year.
In contrast to “Sun and Moon”, “Leave Me” has a more introspective vibe that finds Anees letting go of someone due to his lack of time. When it comes to following your dreams while in a relationship, it is hard to realize when you are neglecting your significant other’s feelings, and Anees does a great job of detailing this throughout.
The single is raw and he evokes emotions through his lyrics that will make you feel like you have been there. “Leave Me” does a great job of showing a lover taking accountability for their shortcomings and letting go of the one they love so that they don’t have to suffer. Overall, this is a single I fully relate to and I hope you guys enjoy it as well.
