EBEN’s Catchy New Single ‘Jenny’ Will Make You Rethink Falling In Love (Music Video Review)

Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio originally, emerging artist, Eben Franckewitz (EBEN), has been impressing fans ever since the release of his independent EP’s ‘FINALLY’ and ‘Past Hundred Days’. Now, he is gearing up for his forthcoming project with a new release titled ‘Jenny’. The song is a play off of the Forrest Gump character, and it depicts a girl that treats her man with little to no respect just like the movie character.
In the accompanying video for ‘Jenny’, EBEN is seen taking a flight back to his girl and then sees her with another man on his return. From the lyrics, it seems as if EBEN has been with this unfaithful girl for a while but he still keeps coming back. However, this time, he decides to run. The video then transitions to him letting his anger out on the girl and finally realizing that he is always going to run back. The narrative and cinematic visuals are the perfect mix, and it made me love the song so much more. With that being said, watch the video above.
