Just when I thought we were running out of Summer hits, JaeyBxrd came through with a banger that definitely made me rethink my opinion. On his new single ‘Excuse Me’, the emerging artist put his smooth vibrato on full display to showcase his desire to get his significant other. To be fair, the production is very consistent with a lot of the music we are sent but JaeyBxrd came through with a vocal performance that can’t be overlooked. In addition to releasing the single, he also delivered a bright visual to accompany the record.

In the accompanying video, we see JaeyBxrd roaming the streets of LA as he tried to confess his love to the girl he is after. Although he pushes to get her attention, it feels as if the girl just won’t budge by avoiding all his advances. However, being persistent seems to be the winning formula because he gets her in the end. The visual is fun and captivating, and it is a great introduction to the rising artist.

Lyrics That Stick:

“Hope you play your part tonight

I just plan on taking you home”
