In the ever-changing music industry, artist promotion and marketing have taken the front seat as the main tool in breaking artists in an oversaturated musical landscape. With the number of songs that are released on streaming services per day, talent alone is not enough to create a career anymore. Now, tools such as Tik-Tok have blessed unknown artists with a way to expand their listener base by spreading their music on the viral pushing app. One recent artist that has seen success from this is Showjoe. Showjoe is an artist with mainstream appeal and he delivers a sound that seems to blend pieces of Iann Dior, Juice WRLD, and Trippie Redd all into one. With his new record ‘Batman n Robin’ he puts all the comparisons to rest with a viral single that will make you want to rage with your friends on a Friday night. It’s charismatic and it will definitely make you want to jig. In addition to the single, he also released a fun video to accompany the song.
