Vaines - acidtrip (Official Music Video)

After announcing the release date of his forthcoming EP Electric Blue, alt-pop singer, Vaines, blessed fans with the lead single from the project titled ‘acidtrip’. The song gives an introspective look into dealing with the lack of control in relationships he has had. He discusses the sorrows of being made to feel unimportant and the insecurities that build in response to these toxic relationships. In addition to releasing the song, Vaines also provided us with a visual to accompany the single.
The visuals are nostalgic and they are layered with VHS effects that help bring a wholesome feel to the video. In addition to the warm visuals, we see Vaines driving around in a top-down with someone that seems to be infatuated with him. The video is cinematic and it has us all pumped for the release of his project.
