Kurtis Hoppie - Vegan Burgers

When it comes to rap, authenticity and lyrical intensity are something I look for in a rapper. For Kurtis Hoppie, this is something he embodies within all of his music. In his latest offering ‘Vegan Burgers’, Hoppie shows his versatility to sing and rap to form a complete masterpiece.
‘Vegan Burgers’ is sonically reminiscent of a Jon Bellion record, and it also has flashes of drums that will make you want to rage in the car while listening with your friends. In addition to the beautiful composition, his vocal performance is strong, and he delivers his typical buttery vocals with confessional lyricism. The record is sweet and the imagery that he draws between vegan burgers and his significant other makes this record hit so much harder. Overall, this has to definitely be my favorite song of the week.
