Chillhum & Tripped N Sat Deliver Their Nostalgic New Single “Tshirt”

It is very rare that I find an artist that makes me a fan on the first listen, but I think I may have found my new guilty pleasure in rising artist/producer Chillhum. Although I’m new to his sound, Ethan Bedell, known under the stage name Chillhum, brings to the table an unmistakably unique and genre-bending style that is clearly a sound crafted by him. With his innate ability to craft singles that draw elements from indie-pop, modern electronic, and 90’s alternative, he has a sound that is relatable to many. Now, he debuts on our pages with his Tripped N Sat (Parichay Nathani and Jason Hines) produced single “Tshirt”.
Tripped N Sat have been a producer duo that we have kept a close eye on for years. They initially caught our attention with their single “not a love song”, and they have continued to impress with their collaborations and choices sonically. Meshing their sound with the exceptional vocals of Chillhum really carries this record home. The song is laced with lush melodies and intoxicating guitar riffs over warm sonics that will make you feel like you are floating. In addition, the hook is absolutely crazy and has a great build up transitionally. This is what they had to say about the song:
“Tshirt is a song about your favorite T-shirt you've had for a long time. Everyone has had to experience letting their girlfriend take that shirt to wear and possibly never seeing it again. It's an homage to the way our love can be tied through a piece of clothing forever.”
