Raised in Germany and growing up in New Mexico, emerging artist, Gaddo, makes his way to our pages with his catchy new single ‘Tough’ that features ill Nicky. The song explores a broken relationship where his significant other has to watch him shine after fulfilling his dreams. The song is the perfect flex.
Gaddo rides the beat perfectly, and we get to see his buttery vocals shine over the R&B and trap-infused production. Although Gaddo shines on the record, ill Nicky comes in with conviction with his punchy vocals. All in all, the single is well-crafted, and it is one of our favorites so far this year.
