Surf & Grooverelly Deliver New Tape “Planet Surf 2”

Surf’s new collaboration with up-and-coming rap blog Grooverelly sees the young artist molding his sound into different lanes without losing what makes him distinct. The eight-track project features up-tempo bangers like “Above Me” ft. BIGBABYGUCCI to moody, introspective cuts like “Breathing”, where Surf speaks on issues with love and not having a good relationship with his mother. Unlike many operating in the new wave of Soundcloud rap, Surf is unafraid of sonic and tonal experimentation as well as instrumental and stylistic variation from track to track.
