LoverboyBass - Safe To Cry

‘Safe To Cry’ is a fitting name for this new LoverboyBass track considering you’re going to need a box of tissues to make it through the whole thing. I means seriously, this one deserves to take place as the new ‘Marvin’s Room’ as far as sad songs go.
LoverboyBass has yet to lack when it comes to these insanely smooth, soul-soothing RnB records ever since I first heard about him last year. Right off the bat in this song, those first two lines speak volumes to his ability to paint a vivid, emotional picture with lyrics. The songwriting throughout is both raw and relatable, drawing the listener in the entire time.
Transitioning between silky high runs and clear low tones, LoverboyBass effortlessly hits each melody to perfection. All the layers and harmonies and gorgeous textures just make this song the perfect spring anthem. If this dude still isn’t on your radar, what are you even doing? Check it out
Lyrics That Stick:
“I’m sad
But I’d rather just keep it to myself
You’re a grown ass man
You don’t need nobody’s help”
