This song was so far from what we usually cover here at BangerOfTheDay that the first time I listened, I was shocked. But after a couple more listens, I not only understood why I was asked to cover it, but also was nodding my head and singing along. Simply put, this song is a banger.

Even though the genre of this song is country, Riley Thomas pushes boundaries with his style, showing hints of inspiration from current country stars such as Dan & Shay and Thomas Rhett. He does so as he tells his love that he needs a roommate… forever. It’s an honest, fun and enjoyable song that is sure to put you in a good mood.
