I’ve been a fan of Yoza ever since I hear his track ‘We’ll Be Good’ for the first time last year. It’s clear how talented this dude is just in the fact that his transformation of sound in the short period of time I’ve followed his music is so vast. Effortlessly going from chill, hip-hop vibes to early 2000’s influenced rock-n-roll is incredible.

‘Pretty Lies’ brings such a multi-faceted emotion to the table. On one hand, the production and vocal deliveries from Yoza make me feel melancholic, and carry a sense of intensity to them. However, the bright undertones and storytelling gives a hopeful feel. Whatever this song makes you feel, it’s sure to make you feel something. Check it out!

Lyrics That Stick:

“And then you wrote a love letter

On my car with your key”
