Parker Sharpe Proves He Is Here To Stay With His Anthemic New Single “97 Baby”

Hailing from Charlotte, NC, emerging singer/songwriter, Parker Sharpe, has been a name that I have consistently seen floating around the past few years. With his ability to craft vulnerable singles laced with lush melodies and infectious hooks, Sharpe has continued to build a strong fanbase nationally. He is an artist that has lived behind the shadows for a minute, but it finally seems like he is ready to spread his wings. With the success of his previous single “IN TOO DEEP”, the rising artist returns with his latest hit “97 Baby”, and it is an absolute smash.
After originally hearing the song over Tik-Tok, I was extremely excited to hear the whole record while going through our submissions. The single is smooth and offers a summery feel that will make you want to drive top down on PCH. Sonically, the track has progressive movement and it pulls you in with it’s smooth synths, floating melodies, and his overall cadence. Although it is his 3rd single released this year, “97 Baby” might be our favorite to date. With that being said, stream the song below and vibe out!
