Somebody call the department of RnB music… tell them we’ve found their next star. Jay Loud is a name you need to get acquainted with if you haven’t already, and his latest, ‘Need It Back,’ is all the evidence you need.
That piano to start off the track is nuts. It creates this smooth, gospel-influenced sound which is quickly amplified with extremely bouncy production and Jay’s effortlessly confident vocals. The way he glides over the instrumental throughout just feels so right! Each flow and melody change was executed to perfection. Give this one a listen if you haven’t yet, you won’t regret it!
