Surf - Mirror

April has introduced us to a lot of incredible music, but Surf is making a claim to have song of the month with his new hit ‘Mirror’. From the first listen, I was caught off guard by the professional production and his intoxicating vocal performance. After playing it twice in a row, I was shocked that I had not heard of this rising star before.
At only 22 years-old, Surf has been able to craft a sound that is so unique in the current music soundscape. He redefines the traditional hip-hop sound with his smooth melodies and deep 808s. In addition to having a very mature sound, his songwriting is well beyond his years. Surf has star potential, and this song has our attention.
