Caye Delivers A Musical Masterclass On His New Single “MILFORD SOUND”

When it comes to being a writer and a fan of music, I live for those songs that take me to a different place and invite me into the artist’s world. It’s not that I want to escape my own personal life, but it feels great to reach that high of being so in the moment that you forget about the constraints of time. Records that make me feel that way have always been supreme. This week, I was able to experience that feeling again with emerging singer/songwriter Caye. After impressing us with his last offering “DOPAMINE”, he returns with his euphoric new record “MILFORD SOUND” off of his forthcoming album “WE LOVE”.
The single is laced with warm synths, lush melodies, and it often feels like I’m floating aimlessly as I listen to this enchanting single. In addition, the sonics are also full of engaging guitar riffs and a smooth baseline that feels like a pulsing heart. When it comes to the backstory of the song, Milford Sound has always been the #1 destination for Caye in New Zealand. So the song for Caye is a dream and ideal.
